Cancellation Policy

Cancellation requests will be considered only if submitted within 7 days of placing the order. Requests raised after this period may not be entertained.

Please note that a cancellation request may not be processed if the order has already been communicated to the relevant vendor or merchant and the shipping process has commenced.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please report the matter to our Customer Service team within 7 days of receipt. The request will be reviewed once the merchant has inspected and confirmed the condition of the item at their end.

If the product received does not match its description on the site, or does not meet reasonable expectations, please notify our Customer Service team within 7 days of receiving the product. The team will review your concern and take an appropriate decision.

Warranty Products

For complaints regarding products that carry a manufacturer's warranty, please refer the matter directly to the manufacturer. Such complaints are governed by the manufacturer's own warranty terms and conditions.

Refund Processing

Refunds approved by Vananam Ventures Private Limited and Vananam Rewards Private Limited will be processed within 6 to 8 business days from the date of approval. The refund will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
